About Me…

When I first experienced this work as a client so many years ago, I came out of my first session feeling like it had accomplished 10 years of therapy in that one session. I was blown away.

Through my years as a therapist, counselor, and teacher, I have not found another modality as effective for clients as working with sound, energy, and attuned perception for moving through specific challenges, overcoming lifelong patterns, and moving into ease and freedom.

Alongside this work, I have enjoyed a long career in nonprofit leadership in the areas of animal welfare, education, and the performing arts. I have an AB in history from Princeton University, and a Masters of Social Work from NYU.
