The way we relate to ourselves effects every
aspect of our lives, including how we connect with others.
You may be right for this group if you want to:
—deepen your connection with your true self, and learn to listen to yourself;
—practice kindness and compassion towards yourself, softening any harshness;
—experience gentle connection with others, from a place of deep listening and generosity.
This group will be lightly facilitated, fluid, and responsive to the moment. Space is limited.

Developing Your Intuition
and Perception Skills
a practical, experiential course in 8 sessions
starting October 22nd (with Thanksgiving week off)

This course will teach participants ways to:
connect with your deep self, also known as your Being, as your source of intuition and perception
develop and nurture your connection to your Being on an ongoing basis
recognize and understand your specific styles of perception
create and maintain healthy, ethical boundaries related to opening your perceptive abilities
discern your intuition and perception from imagination and thought;
connect your intuitive and perceptive skills with your unique sense of purpose and service
provide yourself with care and support that will keep you centered, grounded, and connected no matter what is happening around you
This will be a small class for a personalized experience.

Drop-in Guided Meditation
Mondays & Wednesdays
10:00-10:25am
with the option to stay until 11am
Admission is free, but space is limited.
Take a mid-morning break and pop over to 28A Water Street in Woods Hole for a 25-minute meditative experience focused on supporting your vibrational health and wellbeing, guided by Ellen and tailored towards the individuals who show up that day.
These drop-in sessions will be different than meditation, in that they may involve sound, tonality, breath, movement, working with energy, visualizations, or whatever emerges in the moment as supportive for the group.
We will have chairs, cushions, and mats available for your comfort,
but feel free to bring your own if there’s something you know you’d like to have with you.
