Sound Bath

Sound Baths help our minds, bodies,
and hearts.

The tones and vibrations of the sound bowls are known to induce Alpha and Theta brainwaves associated with deep relaxation, meditative
states, and emotional healing.

The vibrations also gently stimulate the Vagus Nerve, helping us regulate our nervous systems and
enter a state of rest and repair.

They also do so much more.
Sound baths help us
become more aware of our
inner life, and connect with our
love, self-compassion, and joy.

You are welcome to use your own
meditation practice or ask us for guidance, if you’d like,
or simply relax and soak it all in.

We have cushions, chairs, and
a massage table, and you are also
welcome to bring your own mat
or cushion if you’d like.

In addition to our weekly open
sound baths, you can
contact us to schedule
a special sound bath experience
for your group.

Space is limited. Registration is required.

May Schedule:

Mondays and Wednesdays:

12:00-12:50pm

5:30-6:30pm

Saturdays: 11am-12pm

Sundays: 2-3pm
